We are a fellowship of churches who seek to honor God and obey the Great Commission. "I mention you always in my prayers, asking that somehow by God's will I may now at last succeed in coming to you. For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you -- that is, that we may be mutually encouraged by each other's faith, both yours and mine" (Romans 1:10-12).

Fellowship

Friendship is essential to a long and healthy ministry. We offer several breakfast and lunch gatherings plus special events throughout the year such as our Hispanic Leaders Gathering and Christmas Banquet to "increase and abound in love for one another and for all" (1 Thess. 3:12)

Equipping

Those called to "equip the saints" (Eph. 4:12) must continue being equipped. We provide special times of training such as evangelism workshops, marriage retreats, seminary field trips, coaching calls, and other resources for prayer and instruction.  

Planting

Healthy churches plant other healthy churches. We mobilize churches in cooperation with the North American Mission Board and California Southern Baptist Convention to serve church planters, obtain funding, and identify new areas for church plants. We also help existing churches with replant, revitalization, and pastoral search committee training. 

Retreat

It's important to step back at regular intervals for rest, solitude, time with God and with your spouse. Jesus modeled this when he "went out to a desolate place to pray" (Mark 1:35). Our annual Pastors & Wives Retreat is a highlight of the year and will take place September 18-19, 2026 at Cambria Hotel in Calabasas. Dr. Adam Groza will be our special speaker. Director of Missions   

Stephen Jones became our new Director of Missions in January 2026. He has been a California Southern Baptist pastor for twenty years and has been serving as lead pastor of Calvary Church West Hills since 2024. He and his wife Natalie are excited to serve our local pastors and wives, and to help resource local churches to obey the Great Commission.
